Our Vision

Our vision is a growing, inclusive community of women who care deeply, act locally, and experience a true sense of belonging, while supporting and strengthening the nonprofits that make Sonoma County a great place to live.

Founded in November 2022, Santa Rosa Women for Good is a community-centered giving circle that brings women across Sonoma County together through a shared desire to connect and do good—together. We exist to foster meaningful relationships among women while creating lasting, local impact in our community.

We believe generosity is most powerful when it is collective, accessible, and rooted in relationships. By offering multiple ways to engage—through connection, learning, volunteering, and collective giving—we meet women where they are and invite them to participate in ways that feel authentic and attainable.

A Community Built on Connection and Collective Giving

Santa Rosa Women for Good is a social giving circle—meaning we pool our resources, decide together where to give, and learn about the real needs of our community along the way.

Each quarter, our Impact Members collectively fund a grant to a Sonoma County nonprofit doing meaningful work. Alongside giving, we prioritize connection: hosting regular gatherings that foster authentic relationships, shared learning, and a welcoming space for women in our community. Santa Rosa Women for Good welcomes women from all backgrounds and is committed to building a community that reflects a rich diversity of experiences, perspectives, and expertise.

“I believe that people working together can make an important impact and that creating a space for the sharing of ideas and resources in our community is an exciting opportunity to get to know each other and our neighbors.”
