At Santa Rosa Women for Good, we believe that every woman has the power to make a difference—and we’re proud to welcome members from all walks of life. Our community is open and inclusive to women of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences.

Among our 80+ members are business leaders, philanthropists, retirees, entrepreneurs, law enforcement officers, homemakers, educators, wine industry professionals, lawyers, librarians, and so many others. We are daughters, partners, mothers, friends, and neighbors—united by a shared desire to give back.

Making an impact on your own can sometimes feel overwhelming. But together, we’re stronger and our impact is magnified. Santa Rosa Women for Good offers a meaningful and accessible way for women to come together, pool our resources, and create real change in our community. When women unite around a common purpose, we not only uplift those around us, we uplift each other. Together, we are building a more connected, compassionate, and empowered Sonoma County.

What does it mean to be a member?

Being a member of Santa Rosa Women for Good means choosing to be part of a community of women who believe in the power of collective giving. Members make a simple commitment to support our quarterly grant fund and in doing so, help shape meaningful change right here in Sonoma County.

There are no attendance requirements, no volunteer minimums, and no expectations beyond your quarterly gift. You can engage in whatever way feels right for you: join events, participate in the grant cycle, nominate nonprofits, vote for grantees, or simply give and know you’re making a difference.

At its heart, membership is about being part of a movement and a community of local women uplifting one another and strengthening the place we call home.

With all of the global crises in our 24 hour new cycle, I wanted to make a difference in our world by starting at the community level. This group has provided great connection and friendship. There is so much need and so many non-profits making a big difference in Sonoma County.
