Lighting, managing, and extinguishing burn piles
Using hand tools to shape piles & assess heat
Please bring:
Lunch, snacks & 2+ liters of water (no potable water onsite)

Sunglasses/safety glasses, bandana, leather gloves
Hat & sunscreen
Good to know:
~1.5-mile round-trip hike on a somewhat steep, well-graded trail
Liability waiver required
No pets, smoking, or vaping
📍 Meet at: Rancho Mark West Preserve: 7125 St Helena Road, Santa Rosa (Allow ~25 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa)
👉 Please RSVP by February 15 through Grapevine so that we can provide LandPaths with an accurate headcount.
