We welcome women from all backgrounds and are committed to making collective giving both accessible and inclusive. Our goal is to ensure a membership that reflects a rich diversity of experience, expertise, and insight into our community. The more members we have, the greater the impact we can make. Every member has the opportunity to nominate nonprofits for consideration and vote on which organization we support. While a volunteer leadership team helps coordinate and organize, there is no hierarchy—everyone’s voice and vote matters equally.

Santa Rosa Women for Good hosts monthly casual social gatherings that foster both personal and professional connections, and create space for authentic friendships to grow. Each quarter, in addition to our collective donation, we organize optional volunteer events to give back in a hands-on way to local nonprofits.

Together, we are creating a community of women who care deeply, act locally, and lift each other up while giving back. Join us today and be part of a growing network of women using the power of collective giving to strengthen the Sonoma County community—one connection, one cause, and one act of generosity at a time.

I believe that people working together can make an important impact and that creating a space for the sharing of ideas and resources in our community is an exciting opportunity to get to know each other and our neighbors.

Building Community

Making a Difference

Founded in November 2022, Santa Rosa Women for Good is a social giving circle designed to help women across Sonoma County build meaningful connections while making a lasting difference in our community. Each quarter, our members collectively donate to provide a grant to a local nonprofit doing impactful work in Sonoma County.

A giving circle is a group of individuals who pool their charitable donations, decide together where to give, and learn more about the needs of their community in the process. As part of the Grapevine network of nonprofit giving circles, each of our members contributes $100 per quarter—a 100% tax-deductible donation—which is awarded as a grant to a nonprofit selected by the group. There are no additional dues or fees, and members are welcome to participate at whatever level feels right for them.
